Coding system instructions
Coding prompts fail in a predictable way: the model invents a problem because it was asked to find problems. The prompts that work give the model permission to report nothing, ask for the smallest fix rather than a rewrite, and pin the language, framework version and file path so the answer is not written against a different codebase.
