The provider is short of capacity right now. Your request was fine. Retry with a delay and have a fallback.
Error: 529 overloaded_error - Overloaded. Please try again later.This error is on the provider side. Your key and request are valid, but their servers cannot take more traffic at this moment. It tends to appear at busy hours and after popular releases.
It differs from a rate limit (429), which is about your own usage. Here, waiting helps and changing your request does not.

Retry with backoff. Wait a few seconds, then double the wait on each attempt, and add a little randomness. Stop after a handful of tries and tell the user.
Keep a fallback model. For important jobs, switch to a second model or provider when the first one returns this error repeatedly.
Do not retry forever. A loop with no limit makes the problem worse for everyone and can run up cost.
