DeepSeek configs

DeepSeek publishes its weights and runs a cheap hosted API, so people often use it as a second opinion on a hard reasoning or coding problem when the first answer did not convince them. The reasoning traces can get long. Cap the length or ask for the final answer first, otherwise it thinks out loud for pages.
