Turn internal release notes into a customer-facing changelog
Filters engineering-facing release notes down to what a customer cares about. Internal-only changes get dropped and not translated.
Turn the internal release notes below into a customer-facing changelog entry.
Keep only changes a customer would notice or care about: new features, fixed bugs that affected them, changed behaviour. Drop internal refactors, dependency bumps and anything with no user-visible effect.
Write each kept item as one line, plain language, no ticket numbers or internal component names. Group under "New", "Fixed" and "Changed", and omit any group with nothing in it.

Notes from the author
Dropping internal-only items matters more than the formatting. Without that rule refactored auth module sits next to a real new feature in the same changelog, and customers cannot tell which line is for them.
